Connected to PBX via SIP extensions or analog extensions, the software makes telephone calls, speaks the questions, receives the answers and saves the information for future reference.
For each phone number to be called, you can define:
- what questions will be spoken
- what possible answers to each of the questions
The phone numbers to be called, which are part of the campaign, can be read automatically from data generated by external software, automating the whole process.
At the end of the campaign you can issue statistical reports related to the messages sent and the questions received.
And, of course, you can specify the time at which the calls can be made, so that the call is not made at an inconvenient time for the called number.
Low operating cost Voice Polling was developed to provide the maximum resource capacity at the lowest possible cost, and low hardware requirements to run.
Connection to the PBX The computer that runs software can be connected to the PBX either via SIP extensions as via analog extensions. In this case FXO interface in needed between the PBX and the computer.
Sound files All sound files presented can be changed at any time. Files are accepted in formats wave and vox.
Unlimited Questions As many questions as you wish can be presented, and you can specify the possible answers for each of them.
Export Results At the end of the call responses are automatically armzenadas to be consumed by a third program for the analysis of information, such as Excel, for example.
HTML reports You can issue full HTML reports including filtering to help you find the information you are looking for.
Virtualization The software can run virtualized via form, for example, Microsoft Hyper V, Oracle Virtual Box, VMWare and XenServer.
