The HPP (Hospitallity PBX Programming) software works as an interface between the Hotel's PMS and the PBX, and handles the folllowing commands sent by the PMS:

• unblocking of extension at check-in
• room move
• extension name
• blocking of extension at check-out
• NEW call accounting integrated with the PMS

All commands sent to the PBX are logged to allow audit at any time.

Necessary infrastructure
HPP Informatec software requires only:

• 1 computer or virtual machine (does not need to be dedicated) with at least Intel Core i5 processor, 4GB RAM, 30GB free on SSD (do not use HD), Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)
• 1 compatible PBX
• 1 compatible PMS
